
SI DET MED MAT
Forskningsdagene (The Research Days) are a national, annual festival where all types of research and knowledge-based institutions are invited to showcase their work to the public. There is a different theme every year, and in 2015 food was selected as the main theme: What are we going to eat? How should we decide?
The Norwegian Business School BI participated with a stand and I was responsible for creating content like illustrations, banners, graphic material, and give-aways that showed food from different countries. The heart of the concept was giving children and young people a voice in what their meal preferences are, and express freely their likes and dislikes of different types of food.
This data was then used by the client for their research and further projects, including children and young people’s opinions and preferences.
